Under this motto, Stefan Klausmann from Bedford and Klaus Wydra from PricoPlex passionately rolled, topped, and calculated snacks for you at the 2024 snack workshop in Oranienbaum-Wörlitz. The conclusion: Beautifully arranging a snack and presenting it in the deli counter so that your customers immediately want to take a bite is not difficult.





The art of snack presentation: tips and tricks
Our second snack workshop of 2024 focused on the art of appealing snack presentation. Klaus Wydra from PricoPlex and Stefan Klausmann from Bedford demonstrated how snacks can be skillfully staged to maximize their appeal and stimulate customers' appetites.
Another focus of the workshop was the presentation of snacks at the counter. PricoPlex's shatterproof and durable counter trays are ideal for the attractive presentation of food. The winner at the 2024 snack workshop: the wrap!
Klaus Wydra and Stefan Klausmann demonstrated how it's done and prepared various snacks. The participants enthusiastically lent a hand and exchanged ideas with the presenters and each other. An old favorite proved to be an absolute crowd-pleaser: the wrap.
Participants were able to witness live how a wrap is perfectly filled and then professionally wrapped in the appropriate packaging. Vegan or vegetarian versions of the wrap can also be prepared in no time.
An important tip for presentation: Always place the cut side towards the customer to show the filling.
