Success through PricoPlex:
With the consulting and equipment provided by PricoPlex, two Edeka supermarkets were crowned winners.
Congratulations! Entrepreneur Stefan Alex has reason to celebrate. His market in Höhenkirchen-Siegertsbrunn has been recognized for its successful presentation of the fresh food counter. He won the Edeka Supercup in the category "Independent Retailers with up to 1,200 square meters of sales area." Our PricoPlex experts on the design of his fresh food counter. We provided Alex with particularly strong support in the presentation of the vegetarian products.
Edeka Prechtl Brannenburg from Bavaria also enjoyed success . The supermarket was awarded first prize in the "Independent Retailers with up to 2,000 sqm of Sales Area" category at the "Supermarket of the Year – People & Markets" finals . The supermarket has been relying on our counter equipment for many years.

The Hausner family butcher shop is impressed by the PricoPlex tray system
With 32 branches and over 300 employees, the Hausner family butcher shop in Weiden is known to its customers as a reliable supplier of meat and sausage products. At Hausner, everything is freshly cut and packaged. Owner Alexander Hausner uses PricoPlex trays in his display cases for the high-quality presentation of his goods.

PricoPlex honeycomb flooring now a European Union trademark:
The unique solution for meat that stays appetizing for a long time.
The honeycomb shelf from PricoPlex, the specialist retailer for professional food presentation systems, is now a trademark protected throughout Europe. The European Union Intellectual Property Office registered the honeycomb shelf in the EU Trademark Register in May 2023. This underscores the significance and distinctiveness of the
product.
The honeycomb base in the display tray or tray aerates the meat in the deli counter from below. This helps maintain the meat's natural color, keeping it looking appetizing for longer. For example, according to customers, beef can remain in the refrigerated display case for approximately 72 hours without turning gray.
Additionally, small amounts of escaping meat juices are concealed by the honeycomb base. Another advantage is its sustainability: the honeycomb base replaces steak paper, thus reducing waste; it is robust, dishwasher-safe, and reusable.
The honeycomb base is part of our clever and flexible presentation system. The shop automatically displays the appropriate honeycomb base for each display tray and bowl.
