No discoloration, no paper lining: Our patented honeycomb base offers significant advantages, especially for butchers who want to use our counter trays for meat and sausage. This special technology not only contributes to an appealing food presentation but is also sustainable.
You're probably familiar with this: when meat sits in the deli counter for a while, it develops a grey underside. To prevent this, we've developed special patented honeycomb shelves. This allows the meat to be ventilated from below as well.
A welcome side effect: Small amounts of escaping meat juice are no longer visible with this technique. If your display trays and platters are equipped with honeycomb bases, paper lining is no longer necessary.
The honeycomb base inserts prevent
the meat from discoloring. According to customer feedback, this lasts approximately 72 hours for beef. This allows you to offer the meat fresh for much longer. This is particularly sustainable, saves time, and of course, money.
